Specialization:
- My research interests include political economy, incentive-oriented environmental regulation, water valuation, and valuation of natural resources under uncertain future demand/supply conditions. The political economy part of my work focuses on the coordination of local governments in implementing environmental regulation. Another strain of my recent research examines the valuation of groundwater resources and recreation. Finally, I conduct research into incentive-based schemes for controlling storm water runoff.
